The 4+5 HK Army HSTL Base pod pack is an entry to mid level paintball harness. From our experience trying this pod pack on, the belt system is very slim but fits up to a 36/38 inch waste which is a nice option for most adults. The belt isn't very wide so as you bend and move the belt system doesn't restrict your movement. 

The pod holder part of the HK HSTL pod pack is very nice as the pod holder has a firm shape allowing you to slide your pods back into the back after reloading. Some paintball packs have a flimsy pod holder that collapse after you pull the pod out, the HSTL pod pack stays wide open after removing the pod.

The HSTL Base pod harness doesn't offer a ton of padding between the pods and your back but it is enough to keep the pods from jamming into your back during play.
