If you need to exchange an item due to the sizing being incorrect or a factory defect we will cover the shipping cost 100% if purchased from our store. All original packaging must be included in the return to qualify.

Nearly all products come with a factory warranty. If your purchased paintball gear has torn or broken after the first 30 days of use, you will be asked to contact the manufacturer of that product. If you need assistance with this process pleasecontact us here.
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please email us as soon as possible at Help@ProEdgePaintball.com with your order number and request you would like to cancel your order. We are closed on Sundays so do not worry if you don't receive a response the same day.
If an item goes on sale within 14 days of purchasing item, we will credit you the difference of said product from the price you paid and the current sale price in the form of a gift card. Pre Owned Product 30-Day Return Policy:
Our pre owned items come with a 30-day warranty and will be fixed and returned to you free of charge. If we are unable to fix a used item, we will apply 100% of the defective product total towards a new purchase via store credit.
All refunds of pre owned products will be issued in an online gift card as store credit.
