Want to return or exchange an item?

  • HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Purchases made between November 1 and December 31 will be eligible for return or exchange through January 31 the following year.
  • Do not stick shipping label to products packaging or it will damage packaging and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
  • Must be within 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Any item sent in for return must be brand new and unused. If an item is used and being returned, the customer will receive 50% of the original order value of the items. 
  • All original packaging must be included in the return to qualify to be brand new.
  • If original packaging is not included, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
  • If an item is broken within 30 days after delivery, the item is usually covered under a manufacturer warranty if it falls under normal and regular use. We will do everything in our power to get this item working correctly.
  • If the product is defective, it will be repaired based on the manufacturer's warranty.
  • There are no returns on any Paintballs, Smoke Grenades, Used items, Circuit Boards, Solenoids, Wire Harness and any other Electronic related items
  • NO RETURNS ON PAINTBALLS OR SMOKE GRENADES IN STORE OR ONLINE

If you need to exchange an item due to the sizing being incorrect or a factory defect we will cover the shipping cost 100% if purchased from our store. All original packaging must be included in the return to qualify.

If you need to return an item for a refund or store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All original packaging must be included in the return to qualify.

Nearly all products come with a factory warranty. If your purchased paintball gear has torn or broken after the first 30 days of use, you will be asked to contact the manufacturer of that product. If you need assistance with this process pleasecontact us here.

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please email us as soon as possible at Help@ProEdgePaintball.com with your order number and request you would like to cancel your order. We are closed on Sundays so do not worry if you don't receive a response the same day. 

If an item goes on sale within 14 days of purchasing item, we will credit you the difference of said product from the price you paid and the current sale price in the form of a gift card. This applies to purchases online at ProEdgePB.com and in store. Items must be purchased from Pro Edge Paintball only. Need assistance?
