RETURN POLICY

Return Requirements below: 

  • Must be within 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Any item taken in for return must be brand new, factory sealed and unused. If an item is used, it can not be returned unless it is faulty at time of delivery.
  • All original packaging must be included in the return.
  • If original packaging is not included, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
  • If an item is broken¬†within 30 days after¬†delivery,¬†the item is usually covered under a manufacturer warranty if it falls under normal and regulator use. We will do everything in our power to get this item working correctly.¬†
  • All returns must be within 30 days from the date of delivery
  • There are no returns on any Paintballs, Smoke Grenades, Used items,¬†Circuit Boards, Solenoids, Wire Harness and any other Electronic related items
  • NO RETURNS ON PAINTBALLS OR SMOKE GRENADES IN STORE OR ONLINE¬†

Exchange a New Item (Within 30 Days of Delivery) -

If you need to exchange an item due to the sizing being incorrect or a factory defect we will cover the shipping cost 100% if purchased from our store. All original packaging must be included in the return to qualify.

Return a New Item (Within 30 Days of Delivery) -

If you need to return an item for a refund or store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All original packaging must be included in the return to qualify.

Broken items after 30 days-

Nearly all products come with a factory warranty. If your purchased paintball gear has torn or broken after the first 30 days of use, you will be asked to contact the manufacturer of that product. If you need assistance with this process please contact us here.  


 

If you have questions about returning your product, please call 713-896-8841 Tuesday - Friday 11:00AM to 7:00PM or Saturdays 10:00AM to 6:00PM.

We recommend using our Create a Return feature in place of calling to guarantee a quicker and more accurate solution.

If a return is shipped back to us without prior confirmation, we can not guarantee the order will be processed correctly or at all.

REFUND OPTIONS:

When returning an item we have two options:

1. We can refund your account for the item or order being returned minus the cost of shipping for the return label. If you cancel your order or refuse delivery, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

The funds will be returned through the same method of payment for the order was placed. 

2. We can issue your account Store Credit which you will be able to use online at your convenience on any other item. The total amount refunded will be the total of your order minus the cost of the return label. 

 

If you have received a wrong item or items with your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. <br>

If we find we incorrectly filled your order, we will cover the costs of shipping to complete the order correctly. <br>

DO NOT ATTACH YOUR RETURN LABEL TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PRODUCT PACKAGING. THIS WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING MAKING IT UNABLE TO BE RESOLD AS NEW AND SUBJECT TO A 30% RESTOCKING FEE.
