Retail Representative (Full-time - In Person)

Starting Out
We are always open to new, high level help in our front counter, face to face retail representative position. This position is to support our customers by showing them the latest and greatest products while recommending the best products based upon their needs. This is one of the most important positions in our organization as you will be part of the image of our store experience! If you are into paintball and enjoy helping others, our retail showroom is where you want to be.
Position Requirements:
- Basic paintball product knowledge
- Willing, ability and interest to learn about the latest products
- Front counter face to face customer service
- Phone and email customer service support
- Refilling air tanks
- Paintball gear product repairs
- Restocking inventory
- Cleaning, dusting and vacuuming
- Daily store opening procedures
- Day store closing Procedures
- Microsoft Word and Excel Experience
- Multitasking
- Interpersonal skills
- Moving boxes 40+ lbs

Online Operations (Full-time - In Person)

Starting Out
Our online operations position is in charge of overseeing all that is involved with our ecommerce department. We are looking for someone who handles multitasking well, enjoys talking to people and is comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel type systems. Our Online Operations position support our customers via online chat, email, and our phone system. Our agents assist customers by answering product questions, helping customers place orders, and solving customer order problems.
Position Requirements:
- Ecom and phone customer service support
- Processing and order fulfillment
- Shipping and receiving products
- Inventory management
