Exchange an Item-

If you need to exchange an item due to the sizing being incorrect or a factory defect we will cover the shipping cost 100% if purchased from our store.

Return an Item-

If you need to return an item for a refund or store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How do I return or exchange an item?

In the case you need to return a product or order, please read our return procedure in full so the return goes as quickly and as smooth as possible. 

Please follow the requirements below: 

• Any item taken in for return must be brand new, factory sealed and unused. If an item is used, it can not be returned unless it is faulty at time of delivery. See next line. 
• If an item is broken soon after purchase it is usually covered under a warranty. We will do everything in our power to get this item working correctly. 
• Returns must be received within 30 DAYS of placing your order.
• There are no returns on any Paintballs, Used items, Circuit Boards, Solenoids, Wire Harness and any other Electronic related items
• *NO RETURNS ON PAINTBALLS IN STORE OR ONLINE 

 

 

If you would like to call to speak with someone in returning your product, please call 713-896-8841 Tuesday - Friday 11:00AM to 7:00PM or Saturdays 10:00AM to 6:00PM. We recommend using our Create a Return feature in place of calling to guarantee a quicker and more accurate solution.

If a return is shipped back to us without prior confirmation, we can not guarantee the order will be processed correctly or at all. 

REFUND OPTIONS:

When returning an item we have two options:

1. We can refund your account for the item or order being returned minus the cost of shipping for the return label. This cost is usually $8-$12.

The funds will be returned through the same method of payment for the order was placed. 

2. We can issue your account Store Credit which you will be able to use online at your convenience on any other item. The total amount refunded will be the total of your order minus the cost of the return label.
