In the case you need to return a product or order, please read our return procedure in full so the return goes as quickly and as smooth as possible.

If a return is shipped back to us without prior confirmation, we can not guarantee the order will be processed correctly or at all.
REFUND OPTIONS:
When returning an item we have two options:
1. We can refund your account for the item or order being returned minus the cost of shipping for the return label. This cost is usually $8-$12.
The funds will be returned through the same method of payment for the order was placed.
2. We can issue your account Store Credit which you will be able to use online at your convenience on any other item. The total amount refunded will be the total of your order minus the cost of the return label.
