  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST ship the same day except during national holidays and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Tracking information is updated Monday - Friday by 5:00 PM CST.
  • Orders over $1000 are sent Insured with Adult Signature Required unless requested otherwise.
  • Purchase items totaling $59 or more from our online store to qualify for free UPS GROUND shipping.
  • Free shipping only applies to the contiguous 48 states. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico or international orders.
  • Economy shipping is our most affordable shipping method. Orders using Economy shipping arrive in 5-8 week days and are shipped using the most affordable USPS or UPS shipping options and includes tracking.
  • UPS ground is the most reliable and affordable shipping option that includes tracking and automatic insurance for orders under $200. Orders using the UPS Ground shipping method arrive as quick as 1 business day if you are in some parts of Texas and up to 4 business days for some addresses on the East and West Coast.
  • Orders over $1000 are sent Adult Signature Required unless requested otherwise.
  • We now offer shipping to some international locations.
  • Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Shop Pay, Pay pal, Apple Pay and Affirm.

  • ProEdgePB.com reserves the right to modify the shipping charges to any order that did not calculate properly.
  • Shipping is determined by the weight of the items ordered and the method of shipping chosen. Included in the charge is delivery confirmation, packaging and handling.
  • Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday with the exception of national holidays.
  • For order placed on Saturday or Sunday, the shipping information on your order will not be posted until Monday by 5:00 pm.
  • UPS Shipping is on a Monday-Friday Business Schedule. This means 2nd day shipping is referring to business days Monday - Friday, not from the day you placed your order if placed on a weekend or after 5pm on Friday.
  •  All shipping methods are Monday-Friday, which means if we 2 Day Air a package to you on Thursday, you will not receive it until Monday (the 2 business days being Friday, then Monday). UPS is closed on all national Holidays so there are no pick ups or deliveries on holidays.
  •  We recommend UPS shipping methods as they are more reliable and more accurate in their delivery estimates.
  •  Tracking Numbers: Tracking numbers are updated at the end of each business day. The system emails the tracking number to whichever email you entered when you placed the order. If you did not get an email confirmation of your order initially, this means your tracking email was caught in your spam folder or there could be an error in the email address listed.
  •  UPS orders can be tracked at www.UPS.com.
  •  All Air Systems and Co2 Tanks: UPS will only ship these items empty due to transportation regulations.
  • During checkout, choose Store Pickup and select your store
  • We'll show you an estimated pickup date
  • Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email (this is a separate email from your order confirmation)
  • Bring your government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order or the name of the authorized pickup person.
  • We'll hold your items at the store for 10 days; if you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment
  • If you can’t pick up your order within 10 days and you don’t want it to be canceled, call us as soon as possible at (800) 966-9381

In locations where Store Pickup is available, you can buy items online and pick them up in a store. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges — and you may be able to get your order faster.

Bring to the store:

  • Your government-issued photo ID
  • The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used)
  • Your order number

Who can pick up your order:

  • You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up.
  • The government-issues photo ID must match the information on the Billing address for the order.
  • Only you — or the persons information on the order — can pick up your items.


  • No returns/exchanges accepted on Paintballs, Clearance Items, Discontinued Items, Used Items, Circuit Boards, Solenoids, Wire Harness and any other Electronic related items under any circumstances.
  • When returning an order, you will have the option of exchanging your existing item, receiving a refund back to your credit card or paypal account, or a full refund issued as an online store credit. Unfortunately all shipping charges are non refundable. If an order has received free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted before the store credit or refund is issued. Shipping fees each way are non refundable.
  • In the case where Pro Edge Paintball delivers the incorrect item, we will send a replacement item once the incorrect item is received. Pro Edge Paintball will cover all costs to return the item and reship the correct item. The customer has the option of a full refund once the incorrect item is received and is in new, original condition.
  • Only unused, unopened items may be eligible for return, exchange or credit.
  • If you attempted to install, fire, wear or wash an item it is considered used and are subject to a 50% Restocking Fee.
  • Prior to shipping any returns to ProEdgePB.com you must complete the return form here Return an Item to receive a Return Authorization Number. Any package received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to sender at the senders expense.

No returns or exchanges accepted after 30 days of receiving shipment. We will work with all customers who experience faulty products after the first 30 days. 

  • All products are sent out in brand new condition from the manufacturer. All companies we deal with are very reputable and stand behind their products 100%. If for any reason there is a problem out of the box, or over time with a product, you can contact Pro Edge Paintball for assistance. You can also contact the manufacturer of the product if you are unsure or having trouble doing so.
  • Guns: Any aftermarket modifications to your gun MAY void your manufacturer warranty. Note that wear and tear from normal use of a gun is common and might result in needing to replace common o-rings and seals. Read all instructions that accompany your paintball gun and especially take note of recommended Maintenance from the manufacturer. This will help you to have your equipment as reliable and functional as possible.
  • All warranties are provided by and serviced by the manufacturer of the corresponding product. ProEdgePB.com does not provide any warranty service for parts. On all paintball guns purchased we offer the Pro Edge Lifetime Service Warranty.
  • The most cost effective method of shipping paintballs is UPS Ground. 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select will have high shipping cost due to the heavy weight of paintballs.
  • We inspect each case before shipping for broken or damaged paint. Once the paintballs leave our door, we have no control over UPS and the treatment of packages.
  • There are no returns/exchanges on paintballs.
  • Shipping costs vary depending on items to be shipped, shipping method, and the destination of the products to be shipped.
  • All items with Free Shipping are sent UPS Ground Delivery (where applicable).
  • Shipping costs can be calculated on our website by simulating a sale. Please enter all SHIP TO information as if you were making a purchase.

File a Claim HERE

  • If a package is lost, stolen or damaged during transit the customer must report the issue to us so we can file an investigation/claim with the shipping company within 5 Business Days. Until we receive the results of the investigation we will not be able to send out a replacement product or a refund if necessary until we have a definitive answer from the shipping company on the status of the shipment in question.
    This process could take up to 15 business days to complete. 
  • We understand this can be frustrating but we will work as quickly as possible to resolve the matter!
