STEP #1

PLACE YOUR ORDER

Choose the "Pick Up In-Store" option on the product page or in your cart. 

*Billing name and Order name must match the ID of the person picking up the order. 

STEP #2

RECEIVE PICKUP NOTIFICATION

Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email or text message letting you know that it's ready to pick up. 

STEP #3

PICK UP ORDER AT STORE

Bring your government identification and order confirmation email to Pro Edge Paintball front counter.

*Store pickup is valid only for orders confirmed via In-Store Order Pickup Notification email or text. Most orders are ready within a few hours Tuesday through Saturday, however, please allow for extra processing time for large orders. The store is closed Sundays and Mondays. .

For easy order pickup, please bring the following with you to the store:

  • A government-issued photo ID that matches the BILL TO information on the order. 
  • Your order number or the Pick Up In Store Notification Email

Once you arrive at the store, you can pick up your order at the Customer Service desk.

Yes, Buy Online Pick Up In Store is available at the Houston Pro Edge store location. 

  • A government-issued photo ID that matches the BILL TO information in the order.

  • Pick Up In Store Order Notification Email

You will receive a series of email or text messages. First, you'll get an Order Confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. Then, you'll receive a Pick Up In Store Notification when your order is ready to be picked up at Pro Edge.

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a Pick Up In Store Notification text or email, which will include instructions for picking up your item(s).

To return any item(s), simply bring your order receipt with you to the Pro Edge store location. Please refer to The Pro Edge's current return policy for details. Read our Return Policy here.
