Great customer service and Loader

I, like so many others ordered my Triad over a year ago from Pro Edge. But because of the delayed release I just recieved mine about a week ago. So why the 5⭐️?

First of all Pro Edge was excellent with communicating with me concerning my order. No one knew it was going to be delayed as long as it was and Pro Edge was very proactive in communication. So much so that when they realized the delay length they reached out and offered to refund and cancel my order. I stuck it out and am so thankful that I did! Kyle from Pro Edge personally called me last week with the great news and I had it 2 days later! Super appreciate you guys!

Now for the loader. I used it for a 3 day practice this weekend and it was great. The best thing about a loader to me is if I never have to think about it and I def didn’t. Fed great all weekend and one of my favorite features is its super quiet even when empty. Other than that felt good on the marker, good balance and slim profile. Everything I could want for a loader. My only complaint is I want a recharge battery option. Kinda love my N-Charge’s. But really solid loader and excited to use it for the season.
