Learn All About the JT Proflex

The JT Proflex paintball mask is one of the most popular paintball masks of all time. The history of the Proflex goes all of the way back into the early 1990's when paintball was just being born. The most famous paintball players of all time have worn the Proflex in many of the World Cup Championship matches, this mask is made to keep up with the best of the best!

Most Custom Mask Ever

One of the biggest draws to the JT Proflex is the ability to customize every part of this mask. Some of the more modern masks are not as modular or customizable as the Proflex unfortunately. The Proflex design includes ear pieces, lens frame, flexible face shield and a strap that are all removeable to customize the colors and design exactly how you would like it. With the history in this mask, companies even 20 years later are still making customer parts for the Proflex and the paintball world still loves it!

Lightest Design

The flexible rubber and minimalist design behind the Proflex allows it to be one of the lightest designed masks available. Everything about the mask is well build but without any extra that isn't needed. If you are looking for a light weight mask that breathes great, stop by and try on the latest version of the Jt Proflex. If you are looking for something similar for a lower price be sure to look up the JT Proshield, the little brother of the Proflex.

Flexible Face and Ears

The ear pieces and face shield of the JT Proflex mask have evolved over the years and for the better. The ear pieces are still light weight and flexible however they now protect much more of the ear, cheek and side of the head.

JT Proflex Pricing

This mask has sold  for up to two hundred to three hundred dollars at some points. Now, after almost 20 years of this mask being on the market the price runs under one hundred dollars and the standard black color usually sells for around seventy five dollars. This makes this mask extremely affordable and a great value for the price you are paying.

Limited Edition

What keeps people coming back for more with the JT Proflex is the options and limited edition versions that continue to get designed and released. With only 500 of a design or sometimes even as low as 300 units, the collectors of the JT Proflex buy them up as fast as they can and sometimes never wear them.

The JT brand has been going for almost 30 years and the JT Proflex mask is still leading the way.

JT Proflex X

JT Paintball has been in paintball for over 30 years making the most popular paintball mask in the game! From players just getting in to paintball to the players that have watched paintball evolve over 30 years, JT Paintball has been there the whole way! With times changing and other mask manufacturers releasing masks that are easy to change lenses and offering new features, JT had to come out with the all new JT Proflex X! This is a new take on an older mask system! For any one who owned an original JT Proflex they know it is not the easiest to change the lens, can be difficult if you never had done it before. The Proflex X takes the lens changing to another level with it's all New Pro-Change Lens Frame System! To top off the Pro-Change Lens Frame System, they also released the JT Proflex X in 5 colors; Black, Red, Blue, Lime Green and Olive Green.

 

Proflex X Easy Lens Changing

The JT Proflex X comes with the New Pro-Change Lens Frame System. This makes it extremely easy to change your lens mid day if the weather changes or if a lens becomes too scratched up to play. It's easy to change in a flash, all you need to do it look at the inside of the mask, locate the yellow tabs on each side of the mask (They will be near the end of the strap) slide those yellow tabs back towards the rear of the mask and the lens retainer will pop off. If the lens retainer does not come off check the yellow tabs and make sure they are pulled back to the rear of the mask.

Once you have the lens retainer off you can take the lens out and install the replacement! Once you have the new lens installed it's time to put the lens retainer back in, from here you want to make sure the retainer does not have any major gaps between the lens and retainer. Once you have checked to make sure the retainer is sitting flush you need to pop the yellow tabs forward to lock the lens and lens retainer in place. If you have done all of the above, congrats you just changed the lens in your Proflex X without your fingers falling off! This is what makes the new JT Proflex X so great, easy lens changing with the same comfort and styling as the original Proflex.

Jt Spectra Lens Options

JT has always had tons of lens options to pick from when customizing your mask. You have to look good while playing, it helps you feel more comfortable and who doesn't like looking their best when getting shot at HAHA! They offer many different lenses, of course they offer the standard Thermal lenses; Clear, Smoked and Yellow. Where they really shine is with the mirror lenses (see what I did there) the mirrored lens come in 7 different colors and 2 faded lenses; Prizm 2.0 Hi-Def, Prizm Chrome, Prizm 2.0 Fluorite, Prizm 2.0 Yellow Retro, Prizm 2.0 Lava, Prizm 2.0 Gold, Prizm 2.0 Sky, Rose and Bronze. No matter the color of your mask or the color of your gear, there is one lens that can match your gear to having you looking fresh the next time you step on the field!
